Terms & Conditions

 

 

  1. City Club Group LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, doing business as Club Naples has entered into and will enter into good faith written agreements with various businesses in Collier County, FL such as restaurants, retail shops, boat charters and with various professionals for goods and services which will be available to Club Naples members at prices more favorable than those offered the general public. Club Naples will attempt to be responsive to its members’ stated needs and desires in seeking out additional participating businesses. The discounts available from participating businesses and professionals range from 10% to 50% and the discount may vary during specific times of the year. In no event, will these discounts be less than 10%. The number of times the Club Naples Card may be used during its unexpired term will not be limited by the participating businesses. The participating business may require of the cardholder a reservation for its services which is consistent with its reservation policy for the general public.

 

  1. Participating suppliers of goods and/or services enter into agreements with Club Naples to provide cardholders with favorable pricing during the annual term of the agreement between the participating supplier and Club Naples. Upon expiration of the terms of said agreements, Club Naples will make every effort to renew said agreements under the same terms.

 

  1. The participating supplier of goods or services agrees to make pricing concessions to the active Club Naples member during the entire term of the participating business's membership with no exclusionary blackout dates. The cardholder is entitled to the Club Naples discount from the then current price available to the general public except that application of the Club Naples discount to special sales prices or coupon offers shall be at the sole discretion of the participating business. Discounted hotel reservations will be honored if the Club Naples member presents an unexpired Club Naples card upon check-in.

 

  1. Club Naples will publish additions and deletions to the list of participating suppliers of goods and/or services on its web site whose address will appear on the Card. Cardholder will be advised of such additions and deletions by e-mail if he/she has provided Club Naples with an e-mail address on the subscription form. Subscribers not providing an e-mail address may call the phone number on the Card for an update on current participating suppliers of goods and services.

 

  1. Where gratuities for services are appropriate, they should be based on the full price for the service rendered.

 

  1. The Terms and Conditions set forth in paragraphs 1. through 5. above constitute the operative terms and conditions for the Club Naples subscription and supersede all previous communications, representations, agreements or statements, whether oral or written between Club Naples or its sales agent and the subscriber.
